1950s Abstract Garment

The 1950s Abstract Garment project was an innovative assignment for the sophomore fall fashion class at SCAD, challenging students to create a garment without using traditional fabric materials. For this project, I utilized paper, cardboard, and glue to construct a garment inspired by a 1950s abstract painting. This unique and creative project pushed boundaries and allowed for exploration of unconventional materials in fashion design. - The final design was created to be seen in the round.
